There has been a lot of speculation on how good these things actually are. I took several short clips as a test to see exactly how much damage these things can really dish out. Im sorry if the video is far from perfect its my 4th video so far and it was a bit of a rush job so i could post it for ppl to see who haven't already seen the bombs for the SB's yet. I messed up at the end with the music, which is by DJ Underground.
Its kinda big and sorry for that, i gotta learn to get the files for videos abit smaller. This was just a test and ALL ships featured in this video are UN-TANKED ships do remember that pls..

I also did try shuttles, about 15 of them... because of their extremely low HP and 0 resists i thought that it might be able to do it, but it still took 2 bombs to destroy shuttles lol...
As the for the mant. setup, its not my regular fit, it was jus thrown together quickly for the video... sadly where i am there was no other damage bombs available not even as BP so i couldn't test the other damages... but thanks for the comment.... least it wasn't a hate one this time

Yep im affraid so, 20mil per bomb... i know i made them! lol.. and yes they are VERY expensive, but price of stealth bombers have gone up aswell, i think saw them in jita for like 29-39mil each now. They just need a LOT of minerals to make. I think the role of these things is gonna be more of a support for fleets, because u can just imagine to forces fighting at 80k+ away from eachother, and all of a sudden one side descides to throw a couple stealths in the mix which could really screw up a nice day lol...
as for pawnmobiles... well that'll be yet to determin, right now i only have bomb deployment at lvl 3 training to lvl 4 so it'll be interesting if indeed having the skill to lvl 5 will make that much of a difference.
and you can only use them in low sec space, i didn't try 0.4 - 0.1, but i did try in empire, and 0.0 works very much the same way dictator bubbles work. A shame woulda been nice to take it to some missions heh.

Yes you CAN RE CLOAK and have the bombs still go off... i haven't warped away to see if they still do damage if you've warped out but i believe a dev had already said they you will be able to warp away and the bomb would still go off and cause damge even if your not pressant. I jus never did because i wanted to see the damage and the explosions heh.
you can litterly dump the bomb and cloak again pretty quickly actually like straffing runs if u like.
Yes if u had several bombers all doing the same damage with a well corodinated drop you could instant pop a BS but please take into considering that the shots in my videos were on untanked ships. You would probably have to double the ammount for each ship i tried against in a real pvp situation.
Example:
it took 4 kinetic bombs to destroy the raven, so im guessing in a proper situation, it'd most like take closer to 8 bombs. but i didn't have anyone in local to help me test these things out heh. But i hope the info here will help ppl understand a bit more about the things.

Out of interest, how many bombs can you fit in a manticore's cargobay?
You can currently only fit 2 bombs in the bomb launcher and only 2 additional bombs in your cargo bay. They weigh a lot which leaves you with about 500 cruise missiles to fill the remaining cargo space.

Smartbombs seem to be the only way to destroy bombs as you physiclly cant lock onto a bomb "OR" add it to the overview at the moment anyway. That may change, but u cant add the bomb to the overview in order to lock onto it, you have to use smartbombs, but i dunno how many you need to blow one up...
The music is DJ Underground and i dont remember where it was from, i think its part of like 60 minute mix that he did i think last year, but dont quote me.

It's a bit of ambient/lounge style.
I can't ID either of the two tracks that were playing in the video, although I'll try to figure it out...
The first one was pretty neat.
Also DJ Underground seems to be some sort of community, rather than a particular person.
The music is most likely by some random artists, and it's just mixed by someone. I'll hit up some of my music-addict friends and see if they can ID anything =p
okay there are a couple ppl in this post that were wanting or wanting to find the music that i put with this video. As it was caught on a radio mix im unable to give exact details about the track and track name or mix name, this is actually part 3 in a 4 part mix i have and i've uploaded it for you to download... i hope you enjoy it, the part i added with the video stats about a 3rd of the way through into the mp3.
